Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be sent back to us in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Return & Exchange Conditions
Items returned without authorization will not be accepted. Please check the process for lodging your return or exchange below.

The time frame for return & exchange must not exceed 30 days from when the original order was received.

All items must be returned in their original condition, without scratches or signs of wear, and must not be resized or altered in any way. 

When returning or exchanging items, customers must use tracked shipping methods. Returns or exchanges sent without tracking will not be processed.

Any promotional gifts received with the order must be included with the returned items. Otherwise, the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.

Non-Refundable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange earrings, body piercing products, hair accessories for hygiene reasons. Personalized items are also non-refundable.

Items that were worn or were sent to you as a replacement or exchange, are not refundable and can be returned to the customer at their expense.

Returns will be processed within 5 days of receipt of your package. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method and cannot be returned to alternate accounts or different forms of payment.

Customers who received free shipping on their orders will have shipping deducted from their refund.

Soleo Jewellery will cover full delivery cost for return shipping fees under either of the following circumstances:

  • Customer received the wrong item.
  • The item received is broken or defective.
  • For broken or defective items, customers must contact Soleo Jewellery within 48 hours of receiving their order.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and we will be providing you with the delivery adress.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail us to [email protected] to arrange return of your product.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
